Once you have a squared-up log, you are ready to let the log moulder/planer do the rest.

How it works:
The MP100 can be added to an existing LT15 sawmill with three bed sections. With this combination, a log is loaded onto the bed and converted to a beam by the LT15 sawing head which moves to the bed-end so the moulding head can process the wood into a build-ready product. No need to move the beam to a different machine.

If you have access to cants, then you can skip the step of squaring up the log. The MP100 moulder/planer head is installed on LT15 bed sections and your ready to create different shapes and profiles.
