Blade Maintenance Package
Don't throw-away blades, sharpen & set them yourself!

Face it - dull blades won't get the job done. But don't throw those dull blades away! Learn how to sharpen and set the blade yourself! Order our three-part blade maintenance Package (BMP). Part one is full training at one of our North American Branch locations. Part two is our automated sharpener (comes complete with base stand, water pump and tank, mounting hardware, control box and automatic shutoff). Part three is a toothsetter/gauge to precisely set the teeth of your blades to within .001" (by a dial indicator). If you grind your teeth right and maintain the right set on your blades, your sawmill will cut fast and accurately, with a smooth lumber surface. It only takes about 10 minutes to sharpen a blade using a Wood-Mizer automatic blade sharpener, and it could be the most important 10 minutes you spend all day.
